Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 374 Ashford Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Belmont Avenue and Pitkin Avenue, the lot is near the Shepherd Avenue subway station, served by the A and C trains. Chaim Jacobowitz is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 5,422 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 677 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Mohammad Ahead, PE is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
