Permits have been filed for a 17-story mixed-use building at 340 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Livingston Street and Nevins Street, the lot is near the Nevins Street subway station, served by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Kevin Shahery under the Nevins Street Capital LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 181-foot-tall development will yield 74,992 square feet, with 70,784 square feet designated for residential space and 4,208 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 93 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 761 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.
Isaac-Daniel Astrachan of Stephen B. Jacobs Group is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
