Permits have been filed for a 13-story mixed-use building at 752 Madison Avenue on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Located between East 65th Street and East 66th Street, the lot is four blocks south of the 68th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 and 6 trains. It is also four blocks north of the Lexington Av-63 Street subway station, serviced by the F, Q, and R trains. SL Green Realty Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications. Last month YIMBY reported on the partnership between Giorgio Armani Corp. and SL Green Realty to create a new flagship boutique as well as a collection of luxury residences on the site.

Sales Launch For COOKFOX’s 25 Park Row in Financial District, New Renderings Released

25 Park Row is making news again, as sales have recently launched for the 50-story residential skyscraper. New renderings have also been released showing the residential interiors of the 665-foot tall condominium tower above City Hall Park, as well as the surrounding cityscape. Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the project is being developed by the J&R Store founders and L&M Development Partners, and will yield 110 residences. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sale of the units, while the amenity spaces are being designed by Studio Mellone. The landscaping is being created by Starr Whitehouse.

Upper Half of 1 South First Begins to Conjoin Above Domino Sugar Factory Redevelopment, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

When YIMBY last checked in on 260 Kent Avenue, the building had only risen a few floors over Domino Park. Now, construction workers are bridging the gap between the two reinforced concrete structures that make up the bottom half of the structure. The 435-foot tall residential tower is being designed by COOKFOX, and will yield 462,000 square feet of space. There will be 330 rentals, 66 affordable units, and 150,000 square feet of office space spread among 22 floors, as well as 13,000 square feet of retail space at the base. COOKFOX-Designed 41 West 23rd Street Begins to Rise Above Ground in Chelsea

With a very small footprint at ground level, the COOKFOX-designed 41 West 23rd Street is starting to rise above a narrow construction site. The tower will stand 322 feet to its rooftop, totaling 25 stories, and featuring a cantilever in its upper half. Anbau Enterprises is the developer of the project, which previously received approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission due to its slight cantilever on the eastern elevation.
