Excavation is progressing at 545 Coney Island Avenue, the site of a seven-story mixed-use building in Kensington, Brooklyn. Designed by Daniel Condatore and developed by Zelig Weiss of Riverside Developers under 545 Coney Island LLC, the 70-foot-tall structure will span 51,026 square feet and yield 74 rental units with an average scope of 640 square feet. The project will also include 3,627 square feet of commercial space, a cellar, and 37 enclosed parking spaces. The property is located between Webster Avenue and Newkirk Avenue.

Designed by Djlu Architect and developed by Congregation Yad Hakohen Dushinsky, also known as Yeshiva Toras Aish Dushinsky, the 67-foot-tall structure will span 18,942 square feet for a school. The project will also include ground-floor retail space. The property is located at the corner of East 4th Street and 18th Avenue.
