A new rendering has been revealed for 81 Elliott Avenue, a proposed four-story co-op building in Yonkers, Westchester County. Designed by Duo Dickinson Architects and developed by the Housing Action Council, the project will yield nine units in one- to four-bedroom layouts. The 0.32-acre lot is located mid-block between Morris and Post Streets.
Construction is underway on a two-building, 58,000-square-foot retail expansion of Cross County Center, an open-air shopping complex at 8000 Mall Walk in Yonkers, Westchester County. The 1.15 million-square-foot property opened in 1954 with 30 stores. The expansion was designed by TPG Architecture and is being developed by Marx Realty.
New renderings have been revealed for The Ibex, a proposed 17-story residential building at 22 Lembo Street in Yonkers, New York. Developed by Saber-Hightower LLC, the structure is planned to yield 282 units in studio- to three-bedroom layouts. The project will also include around 4,800 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 435 public and private parking spaces. The 0.9-acre project site is dubbed Parcel K in the Ridge Hill mixed-use complex and is bounded by Lembo Street to the north and Otis Drive to the east.
JLL Capital Markets has secured $198.5 million in financing for Ridge Hill, a 1.2-million-square-foot open-air retail and entertainment complex in Yonkers, Westchester County. The financing was arranged on behalf of the borrower, a joint venture comprising Taconic Partners, Nuveen Real Estate, Jamestown, and a public pension plan. Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies provided the loan, which will be used to retire existing debt and support future leasing initiatives.
A new design has been revealed for 69 Spruce Street, a 12-story residential building in the Nodine Hill section of Yonkers, New York. Developed by AVL Homes LLC, the 134-foot-tall structure is planned to yield 90 units. The property spans just under an acre at the intersection of Spruce Street and Cerrato Lane.
