Designed by Shakespeare Gordon Vlado Architects and developed by West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, the structure yields 105 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 25 units for residents at 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $72,900.
