William Gottlieb Real Estate finally got approval for the office tower last year, and now they’ve filed new building applications for the tower next to the High Line.

Now YIMBY can reveal a full set of renderings showing the developer’s vision for this prominent corner near the High Line.
A landmarked collection of buildings in the Meatpacking District is about to get a dramatic revamp. RKF and Tavros Capital Partners are marketing the 38,000-square-foot retail space on the prime corner of 14th Street, Ninth Avenue and Hudson Street, and they’ve sent along renderings of what the property could look like for a new commercial tenant.
Last September, YIMBY posted the first renderings for a new CetraRuddy-designed hotel coming to 414 West 15th Street, in the Meatpacking District.
