Designed by Magnusson Architecture and Planning and developed by Gilbane Development, Strada Development LLC, and the Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS), the structure will yield 228 affordable rental units, including 137 permanent supportive housing units reserved for formerly homeless individuals and families. The project will also include a 3,500-square-foot on-site services office operated by CUCS. The property is located between Pugsley Avenue and White Plains Road.
