15+ Single-Family Homes Planned For Undeveloped Parcel In Tottenville, Staten Island

Prolific Staten Island developer Thomas Costa has filed applications for a large-scale single-family-building subdivision at the undeveloped swath of land at Page Avenue and Amboy Road, in Tottenville. Spanning the yet-to-be paved 200-218 Cheevers Lane, six three-story homes averaging 2,960 square feet are planned. At 205-219 Cheevers, five two-story homes measuring 2,640 square feet each are in the works. Finally, at 65-77 Giegerich Avenue, four three-story homes averaging nearly 2,500 square feet are planned. Moss & Sayad Architects is designing.

84-Unit Townhouse Development Progressing In Clifton, Staten Island

Baiano Development has filed applications for 30 two-story, single-family townhouses for their planned 84-unit, 135,400 square-foot residential development, in Staten Island’s Clifton neighborhood. Dubbed EastPointe at Bridgeview, YIMBY brought you news the project in July of 2014, and each unit will measure roughly 1,500 square feet. Moss & Sayad Architects is designing, and construction is underway.

Four-Unit Mixed-Use Project Filed For 210 Corson Avenue, St. George

Property owner Arne Mattsson has filed applications for a three-story, four-unit mixed-use building at the vacant lot at 210 Corson Avenue, in St. George on Staten Island. The building will measure nearly 3,500 square feet, and retail space on the first floor will span 1,160 square feet. Frank Vaccaro Architects and Engineers is designing.

Two-Unit Residential Building To Replace Home At 61 Remsen Street, Dongan Hills

Property owner Regina Makris has filed applications for a new three-story, two-unit residential building at 61 Remsen Street, in Dongan Hills, in east-central Staten Island. The structure will measure nearly 2,600 square feet, and Think Design Architecture is designing. An existing two-story, single-family home was approved for demolition in April.
