Exterior work is nearing completion on Charlotte of The Upper West Side, a nine-story residential building at 470 Columbus Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by BKSK Architects and developed by The Roe Corporation, the structure was engineered to Passive House standards and will yield seven full-floor condominium units with interiors by Alyssa Kapito Interiors and BKSK. Compass is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located between West 82nd and 83rd Streets, just north of the American Museum of Natural History.

Work is nearing completion on 2505 Broadway, a 19-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by ODA and developed by Adam America Real Estate, the 75,000-square-foot structure will yield 44 residential units in one- to four-bedroom layouts, many with private terraces. Ariel Tirosh and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing are the exclusive sales and marketing agents for the project, which is located near the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street. As of now, the building is 50 percent sold and has immediate occupancy with prices starting from $1.625 million.

Construction has topped out on 15 West 96th Street, a 22-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Sackman Enterprises, the 312-foot-tall building will yield 17 residential units. Cavan Builders Corporation is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Central Park West and Amsterdam Avenue.

Façade installation is progressing on 2330 Broadway, an 18-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Welltower and Hines, the 109,315-square-foot structure will yield 162 units averaging 674 square feet, with half reserved for seniors with memory and cognitive disorders. The property will also offer supportive programming with a focus on memory care. Hunter Robert Construction Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 85th Street.
