Designed by Studio Sofield and developed by Legion Investment Group and Nahla Capital, the 283-foot-tall structure will yield 26 condominium units. Hill West Architects is the architect of record for the property, which is located at the corner of Madison Avenue and East 84th Street.

Construction is complete on 420 East 75th Street, a seven-story residential building in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio and developed by Robert Michaeli of Brooklyn B Company Group, the 74-foot-tall structure yields six full-floor condominium units with an average scope of 1,525 square feet. The project also includes a cellar level and a 31-foot-long rear yard. The property is located on an interior lot between First and York Avenues.

Excavation Underway at 259 East 72nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Excavation work is underway at 259 East 72nd Street, the site of a 21-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Peter Pennoyer with C3D Architecture as the architect of record and developed in a partnership between Rabsky Group and Chetrit Group, the 150,000-square-foot structure will yield 54 condominium units and 5,700 square feet of retail space. The project will also include an adjacent five-story annex containing four affordable housing units. The 14,000-square-foot property is alternately addressed as 1357 Second Avenue and located at the intersection of Second Avenue and East 72nd Street, with a narrow panhandle that extends south to East 71st Street.

Construction is finished on Ray Harlem, a 21-story residential building at 2035 Fifth Avenue in Harlem, Manhattan. Designed by Frida Escobedo Studio in collaboration with Handel Architects and developed by Ray and LMXD, the structure yields 222 mixed-income rental apartments as well as 27,000 square feet of cultural space owned and operated by the National Black Theatre. The development is located on a through-lot parcel between East 125th and 126th Streets.
