Groundbreaking for The Printhouse, 165 Huguenot Street, New Rochelle

New Rochelle has seen several new high-rises announced over the past few weeks, but in between the new towers, infill development continues to improve the burgeoning edge city. Yesterday, The Printhouse, at 165 Huguenot Street, broke ground. The building will have 71 rental units, seven of which will be designated as affordable, and will rise six floors. Revealed: 245-Unit Residential Conversion of 12-Story Office Building at 440 Hamilton Avenue, White Plains

Within the past few weeks, Long Island-based American Equity Partners filed applications and began the approval process to convert the 12-story, 350,000-square-foot office building at 440 Hamilton Avenue, located on the corner of North Broadway in downtown White Plains, into 245 residential units. A rendering of the project has also been revealed by the Westchester County Business Journal.
