The Ossining Children’s Center will soon develop a new, 27,000-square-foot building to house its entire operations under one roof. Founded in 1895, the nonprofit organization provides enrichment and recreation programs to young children in the surrounding community.
The St. Regis Residences Rye has officially broken ground in New York’s Westchester County, in the City of Rye. Located at 120 Old Post Road, the new development will replace a vacant, three-story office building, with sales anticipated to launch this Fall.

Yesterday, The Printhouse, at 165 Huguenot Street, broke ground. The building will have 71 rental units, seven of which will be designated as affordable, and will rise six floors. Within the past few weeks, Long Island-based American Equity Partners filed applications and began the approval process to convert the 12-story, 350,000-square-foot office building at 440 Hamilton Avenue, located on the corner of North Broadway in downtown White Plains, into 245 residential units. A rendering of the project has also been revealed by the Westchester County Business Journal.
