Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing, and CM & Associates Construction Management served as the general contractor for the property, which is bound by Eleventh Avenue to the west, West 47th Street to the south, and West 48th Street to the north.

The Rinaldi Group of New York is the general contractor for the property, which is located between East 53rd and East 54th Streets. The Fifth Avenue retail frontage is marketed by Brookfield Properties.
