Construction is getting closer to completion on 101 West 14th Street, a 13-story residential building in Chelsea, Manhattan. Alternately addressed as 531 Sixth Avenue, the reinforced concrete structure is designed by ODA Architecture and developed by Gemini Rosemont and will yield 44 condominium units as well as 5,830 square feet of ground-floor retail space for two tenants. Residential sales launched last year and are being led by Ryan Serhant of Nestseekers International’s Serhant Team, with prices starting at $1.35 million for one-bedroom units. Whitehall Interiors is in charge in interior designs and New Line Structures is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the northwest corner of West 14th Street and Sixth Avenue, just above the border with Greenwich Village.
Parkview Financial has provided $66 million in construction financing for developers to complete a new 131-unit multifamily rental building in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Construction has already broken ground at 57 Caton Place, where the building will eventually rise nine stories above ground.
Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 260 West 126th Street in Harlem, Manhattan. Located between Frederick Douglass Boulevard and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, the lot is one block north of the 125th Street subway station, serviced by the A, B, C, and D trains. Joel Weiss of Heartfelt Townhouse Build is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Designed by Urban Architectural Design, the structure yields 18 residences and 11 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $68,572 to $139,620.
Exterior work is progressing on FÖRENA, a 12-story residential building at 540 Sixth Avenue in Chelsea. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Landsea Homes and DNA Development, the 80,000-square-foot reinforced concrete structure will yield 50 units in one- to three-bedroom layouts marketed by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of The Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman. Ryder Construction Co. is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of West 14th Street and Sixth Avenue.
