The project site is located between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues near the High Line and Hudson Yards, on a plot that once housed a six-story brick building that Six Sigma purchased for $54.75 million.
An anonymous developer has revealed plans to construct a new six-story self-storage facility in Rockaway Beach, Queens. Located at 106-02 Rockaway Beach Boulevard, the existing lot is currently undeveloped and will require zoning text amendments before the project can break ground.

Located between East 168th Street and East 169th Street, the interior lot is near the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. A new rendering reveals what appears to be a 12-story glass commercial tower at 278 8th Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan. The 40,000-square-foot property extends from West 23rd Street to West 24th Street and is owned by JJ Operating, who purchased 258-278 8th Avenue for $107 million in 2017.
Installation of the glass curtain wall is progressing on Zero Irving, a 21-story mixed-use building at 124 East 14th Street in Union Square. Designed by Davis Brody Bond and developed by RAL Development, the building will yield 240,000 square feet of affordable and market-rate office space for technology firms and amenities for occupants. Financial partners Junius Real Estate Partners and Suffolk Construction are also helping to develop the property, which is located along East 14th Street between Broadway to the west and Third Avenue to the east.
