New renderings have been revealed for the residential conversion of the Emmet Building, a 16-story Gothic Revival office tower at 95 Madison Avenue in NoMad, Manhattan. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Sunlight Development, the project will convert the building’s 150,000 square feet into 65 condominium units in one- to five-bedrooms layouts, including the exclusive Emmet Penthouse.
