625 Fulton Street’s Exterior Nears Completion in Downtown Brooklyn

The 18th-tallest building on our year-end construction countdown is 625 Fulton Street, a 500-foot-tall residential skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer Rasmussen Whitefield Architects and developed by Rabsky Group with $450 million in construction financing from Madison Realty Capital, the 35-story structure will yield 1,098 rental units, 26,000 square feet of lower-level retail space, and an on-site parking garage for 250 vehicles. The property is alternately addressed as 485 Hudson Avenue and bound by the 34-story 80 Dekalb Avenue to the north, Fulton Street to the south, Rockwell Place to the east, and Hudson Avenue to the west.

Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by Douglaston Development, the 39-story structure will span 287,632 square feet and yield 125 units with an average scope of 1,804 square feet, as well as 40,864 square feet of commercial space, 21,224 square feet of community facility space, a cellar level, and a 20-foot-long rear yard. The property is alternately addressed as 170 East 83rd Street and located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 82nd Street.

Designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects with Hill West Architects as the architect of record and developed by Naftali Group, the 36-story structure will span 170,481 square feet and yield 62 condominium units in two- to five-bedrooms layouts, as well as 3,861 square feet of retail space, two cellar levels, and 33 enclosed parking spaces. The property is alternately addressed as 1481 Second Avenue and located at the corner of Second Avenue and East 77th Street.
