Slate Property Group, in collaboration with Grobman Gross Properties, has finalized a $97 million refinancing deal for The Yellowstone, a recently completed 11-story residential building at 69-65 Yellowstone Boulevard in Forest Hills, Queens. The refinancing, which will be provided by Apollo Global Real Estate Management L.P., will be used to settle the building’s existing debts and support its financial structure.
Designed by Aufgang Architects, the building yields 166 rental units equipped with Bosch appliances, oak flooring, granite countertops, and in-unit washers and dryers. Many apartments also offer private outdoor spaces. Amenities include a fitness center, a coworking space, and an outdoor terrace. Whitehall Interiors is the interior designer for the project.
The Yellowstone also features 48,964 square feet of ground-floor retail space, fully leased by a Trader Joe’s supermarket.
The property is a short walk from the Forest Hills-71st Avenue station, served by the E, F, M, and R trains.
