Tishman Speyer has announced five new lease agreements totaling 129,500 square feet at The Spiral, a supertall office skyscraper at 66 Hudson Boulevard in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. The deals include an expansion by HSBC and relocations by four other companies.

Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, The Spiral features a cascading string of landscaped terraces and hanging gardens that encircles the building from its base to its crown. The structure contains 2.8 million square feet of office space and is anchored by Pfizer. Amenities include a clubhouse on the top floor, coworking spaces on the 23rd and 24th floors, and prebuilt suites ranging from 7,000 to 48,000 square feet. The property will also soon house three new restaurants at street level.

  1. Am I missing something here?
Where are the “hanging gardens of
    BABYLON” on this tower?! 🤔

  2. This is barely a spiral. Again, so much more could have been done. This is a giant rectangle standing on end with a ring of trees and foliage that gradually encircles the glass building. They make beautiful, stunning buildings in the rest of the modern world, not in NYC?
