Corem AB and GDS Development Management have signed a five-year lease with Injective Labs at 28&7, a new 12-story Class A office building designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill at 205 West 28th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. The company is leasing 8,685 square feet of office space on the building’s tenth floor.

28&7 features a modern grid of hand-crafted black terracotta, large triple-glazed windows, and panoramic city views. The building is LEED Gold certified. The Penn District has attracted tenants that include Amazon, Apple, and Facebook.

205 W 28th Street is located a short walk from Penn Station subway station, served by the 1, 2, and 3 trains.
