Construction is complete on Forty-Six Fifty, a 22-story mixed-use building at 4650 Broadway in Inwood, Manhattan. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Arden Group, the 260-foot-tall structure spans 351,000 square feet and yields 222 rental residences in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 80,000 square feet for the School on the Square charter school and an 38,000-square-foot supermarket. The property is located at the intersection of Broadway and Sherman Avenue, directly east of Fort Tryon Park.
Forty-Six Fifty features approximately 20,000 square feet of amenities including a game lounge, a fitness center, a coworking lounge, a children’s playroom, and a pet spa.
