Available on NYC Housing Connect are 13 units for senior residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $55,783 to $134,160. Individuals or households must have at least one household member who is 62+ years of age at the time of application.

Amenities include bike storage lockers, community center, and an elevator. Units come equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including electric stove and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $1,500 for incomes ranging from $55,783 to $99,440, and ten two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,900 for incomes ranging from $71,863 to $134,160.
