A proposed two-tower residential development may soon become a reality at 143-151 Woodworth Avenue in Yonkers, New York. Designed by INOA Architecture and developed by TCP Realty LLC, the proposed complex recently went through the Zoning Board of Appeals last Wednesday evening at Yonkers City Hall, and is currently under review. The master plan calls for two 32-story structures standing 372 feet tall and yielding 672 units. The site is located along Woodworth Avenue on an interior lot between Lamartine Avenue to the north and Babcock Place to the south.
The renderings above and below depict the sleek matching towers with glass curtain walls and striated bands of horizontal metal paneling. Both buildings rest atop a multistory podium featuring an amorphous, beveled form with contrasting white finished concrete and cutouts enclosed with dark windows. The podium roof deck features lush landscaping and an outdoor swimming pool, and the towers are capped with trapezoidal mechanical crowns that appear to be lined with vertical ventilation grilles. The parking garage entrance is positioned at the northeast end of the base.
143-151 Woodworth Avenue bears a strikingly similar appearance to that of Miroza Tower, INOA Architecture’s nearby residential development at 44 Hudson Street, which topped out in December. INOA is also using this signature pattern of interlocking cutouts in additional projects planned or underway in Newark, New Jersey.
Homes will be comprised of 130 studios, 363 one-bedrooms, 162 two-bedrooms, and 17 three-bedroom units.
Residential amenities at 143-151 Woodworth Avenue will include a swimming pool, fitness center, and a children’s playroom. The property will also feature a drive-through restaurant and on-site valet parking.
The Yonkers Zoning Board of Appeals has yet to announce a final approval for 143-151 Woodworth Avenue.

What a beautiful addition to the Yonkers skyline! Finally going to be able to have some class A residential options in our neighborhood!! Keep ’em coming!
Nothing says class like “a drive-through restaurant!”
These Yonkers projects are clearly aiming for the future and that’s a great thing.
I suppose the parking podium has 1,600 spaces, but that’s the past.
