Designed by GF55 Architects and developed by Quinlan Development Group LLC, the structure yields 197 residences and 14,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 60 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $35,589 to $150,930.

Residential amenities include a rooftop terrace, dog park and washing station, common area Wi-Fi, gym, media room, playroom, shared laundry room, package lockers, bike storage lockers, and an 11,000-square-foot parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations. Units include washers and dryers, patios or balconies, intercoms, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and name-brand kitchen countertops, appliances, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove and heat.

At 40 percent of the AMI, there are 18 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $874 for incomes ranging from $35,589 to $55,920, and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,031 for incomes ranging from $42,892 to $67,080.

At 60 percent of the AMI, there are 14 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,374 for incomes ranging from $52,732 to $83,880, and six two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,631 for incomes ranging from $63,463 to $100,620.

At 90 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,125 for incomes ranging from $78,480 to $125,820, and seven two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,532 for incomes ranging from $94,355 to $150,930.
