Financial technology firm Plaid recently signed a lease for 45,300 square feet at 530 Broadway, an 11-story office building in Soho, Manhattan. The lease was announced by real estate development firm SHVO, which acquired the 198,000-square-foot landmarked property in March 2020. Plaid will relocate its New York City offices to a build-to-suit space within the building to support its continued growth.

530 Broadway, originally built between 1897 and 1902, consists of three adjacent structures located at the intersection of Broadway and Spring Street. The property was renovated in 2021 and features an average floor plate of 17,000 square feet and Beaux-Arts architecture typical of Soho’s Cast Iron Historic District.

The property is located two blocks west of the 6 train at the Spring Street station and one block south of the R and W trains at the Prince Street station. The B, D, F, and M trains are also a two-block walk to the north at the Broadway-Lafayette station.
