Hartz Mountain Industries has announced the launch of leasing for The Reserve at Estuary, a 218-unit rental development located at 1525 Harbor Boulevard in Weehawken, New Jersey. Designed by MHS Architecture, the seven-story development completes the redevelopment of Weehawken’s waterfront, capping a 40-year effort to convert the former industrial zone into a mixed-use destination with residential, commercial, and public space.

The Reserve at Estuary features a mix of studio to two-bedroom-plus-den residences, with open-concept layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom closets, and private outdoor space in select units. Amenities at the property span 40,000 square feet and include a swimming pool with sundeck, landscaped courtyard, coworking lounge, fitness center, rooftop entertainment lounge, game room, and 200 parking spaces.

The broader Lincoln Harbor neighborhood includes a Whole Foods Market, waterfront parks, dining destinations, and access to the 18.5-mile Hudson River Waterfront Walkway. A planned retail space is set to open in early 2026.

Transit nearby The Reserve at Estuary includes The New York Waterway ferry, which provides service to Hudson Yards in 6 minutes, while NJ Transit buses and the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail offer additional connections to Manhattan, Hoboken, and Jersey City.
