Offering a calm respite from the lively Lower East Side, 66 Clinton is a new boutique condominium building with serene, design-forward residences in Manhattan’s downtown neighborhood. Developed by Vault Development Partners together with TLM Equities and designed by architecture and interiors firm TalliTien, 66 Clinton houses twelve meticulously crafted homes, including a showstopping full-floor penthouse with private roof deck. The architecture of 66 Clinton offers contextual harmony with the streetscape of Clinton Street and textural restraint with Nordic influences from the brick façade to the limestone-clad lobby.

Residences at 66 Clinton are intentionally limited in number, allowing for heightened privacy and a sense of ownership rare in new developments. In the “A” and “B” lines, white oak millwork, honed marble surfaces, and bronze hardware come together in open-plan layouts. Kitchens feature custom-stained rift-cut oak cabinetry, Thermador and Wolf appliances, honed Didimon marble countertops, and wine refrigerators. Primary bathrooms are wrapped floor-to-ceiling in French vanilla honed marble and anchored by floating vanities of rare Dolce Vita quartzite, with powder rooms outfitted in slabs of Ceppo Di Gre stone.

The penthouse at 66 Clinton occupies an entire floor and is crowned by a private rooftop deck. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers sweeping views, multiple outdoor exposures, and a flowing great room that connects kitchen, living, and dining spaces. On either side, expansive terraces extend the living area outdoors. The kitchen features honed slabs of Dolce Vita stone across the countertops, backsplash, and waterfall island, paired with flat-cut white oak cabinetry, matte bronze Dornbracht fixtures, and a full suite of Thermador and Wolf appliances— including a built-in gas grill and wine refrigerator. The primary bathroom is clad in Bianco Sivec vein-cut stone and features a freestanding Dimasi Sapphire soaking tub, framed by dark bronze hardware that anchors the composition. The powder room continues the material language with a Ceppo Di Gre feature wall, maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic across every space.

  1. As a neighbor, glad to finally see scaffolding down and this project come to life.

It’s a decent design, but the entry really needs an awning.
Hurry, there’s a 1 bedroom left for just $1.5 million. The 2 bedroom penthouse is already being resold for $5 million. Tiny rooms and closets for everyone.
