At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $3,299 for incomes ranging from $118,355 to $168,480; 23 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,300 for incomes ranging from $119,109 to $189,540; 31 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,400 for incomes ranging from $122,538 to $189,540; 23 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,500 for incomes ranging from $125,966 to $189,540; and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $4,316 for incomes ranging from $155,966 to $227,500.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 6, 2026.
