Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 184 Hawthorne Street in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Bedford Avenue and Rogers Avenue, the lot is one block from the Winthrop Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Aviad Rave of Blue Chip Painting and Contracting is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 6,852 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 856 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
