7 Dey Street Nears Completion in Financial District, Manhattan

Construction is nearing completion on 7 Dey Street, a 34-story mixed-use tower in the Financial District. Formerly known as 185 Broadway, the 404-foot-tall structure is designed by FXCollaborative and developed by SL Green Realty and will yield 260,000 square feet and 209 rental units ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling marketing and sales, and INC Architecture & Design is in charge of the interiors, which will come with three floors of amenities. Pavarini McGovern is the general contractor for the project, located at the corner of Broadway and Dey Street. The development was made possible thanks to un-utilized air rights SL Green purchased from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).

SL Green, Douglas Elliman Launch Leasing at 7 Dey Street in the Financial District

This week SL Green Realty Corp and Douglas Elliman launched leasing at 7 Dey Street, a 34-story mixed-use building in Manhattan’s Financial District. In addition to 209 rentals, the building will also contain a mix of commercial retail and office suites with frontage along both Dey Street and Broadway.

58 Saint Marks Place’s Terracotta Façade Progresses in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn

Work is shaping up on the white terracotta façade of 58 Saint Marks Place, a 12-story residential building in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Developed by Avdoo & Partners and designed by INC Architecture & Design with Isaac & Stern as the architect of record, the long rectangular structure will yield 100 units and is bound by 4th Avenue to the east, St. Mark’s Place to the north, and Willie McDonald Way to the south.

The project team includes Avdoo & Partners Development, which selected Issac & Stern Architects as the architect of record and Terrain as landscape architect. INC Architecture and Design is credited as design architect.

Located at 543 West 122nd Street, the project is designed by INC Architecture & Design and being developed by Savanna. SLCE Architects is the executive architect, Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, Inc. is the landscape architect, and Halstead Development Marketing is handling sales for the 183 condominiums.
