Renderings Reveal ‘The Norma’ 100-Percent Affordable Condominium Property in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) has released the first images of The Norma, a 100-percent affordable condominium property in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by Leong Leong, the 11-story building will contain 44 condominiums and a ground-floor urgent care facility operated by the Brownsville Multi Service Wellness and Health Center.

Developers, elected officials, and local community leaders recently gathered to celebrate the completion of Archer Green, a new 100 percent affordable housing complex in Jamaica, Queens. The property is located at 92-23 168th Street and introduces 387 affordable housing units, a parking garage designed to accommodate 130 vehicles, a low-cost Aldi supermarket, and a 15,000-square-foot community center.

Camber Property Group Acquires Affordable Housing Portfolio from Omni New York in $105M Deal

Camber Property Group has completed a $105 million acquisition of three Project Based Section 8 affordable housing complexes formerly owned by Omni New York. The three properties include Grace Towers, a 168-unit building in East New York, Brooklyn; Target V Apartments in the Morris Heights section of The Bronx; and Madson Apartments in East Harlem.
