Greene Clermont Houses Completes Renovations at 80 Greene Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn

Renovation work is complete on Greene Clermont Houses, a seven-story senior housing development at 80 Greene Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Developed by Tredway in partnership with ELH Mgmt. LLC and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), the project is part of the firm’s broader acquisition and rehabilitation of a 193-unit affordable housing portfolio in the neighborhood. The renovation extends the affordability of the development’s 97 units for another 40 years, preserving housing for low-income seniors earning up to 50 percent of the area median income (AMI).

Construction is finishing up on 96 Saint Edwards Street, an 11-story residential building in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Slate Property Group, the 115-foot-tall structure spans 66,837 square feet and yields 105 supportive housing units with an average unit scope of 624 square feet. The project also includes 1,274 square feet of community facility space and a cellar level. The property is located at the intersection of Saint Edwards Street and Auburn Place.

New renderings have been revealed for 95 Rockwell Place, a 38-story mixed-use tower in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by Charney Companies, the 418-foot-tall structure will span 167,679 square feet and yield 158 condominium units with an average scope of 855 square feet, as well as 32,568 square feet of commercial space and a cellar level. The project is located on an interior lot between Lafayette Avenue and Fulton Street.
