31 Townhouse-Style Condos Wrap Up Construction At 76 Lefferts Place, Clinton Hill

Dubbed Lefferts Place Mews, a slew of three-story. townhouse-style buildings are getting their finishing touches at 76-96 Lefferts Place, in southern Clinton Hill, a block from the Franklin Avenue stop on the C train. The development will total 31 condominium units, and Jack Bain is the developer, according to Brownstoner. Design Studio Associates is designing, whereas Schneider Associates is serving as the architect of record. Move-ins are expected later this year.

Rendering Reveals Eight-Story Mixed-Use Building At 524 Myrtle Avenue, Clinton Hill

Applications filed last December at 504-524 Myrtle Avenue, in Clinton Hill, called for a six-story, 92-unit mixed-use building, but DNAinfo reports the unit count has increased, and the project will now stand eight stories tall. In the old filings, retail spanned 20,755 square feet on the first two levels. A rendering has also appeared at the site, where a single-story building has now been demolished. HTO Architects is designing, and Silverstone Property Group is developing.

Earlier this month, YIMBY brought you news of Hudson Companies’ planned 39-unit affordable building at 1045 Fulton Street, in southern Clinton Hill, and now Curbed has renderings of the project, designed by Marvel Architects. Renderings depict an eight-story building, although applications have not yet been filed with the DOB. The site has been cleared of former buildings.

Applications have recently been approved by the DOB for a seven-story, 39-unit mixed-use building at 840 Fulton Street, in southern Clinton Hill, and now Brownstoner has the reveal for the Kutnicki Bernstein-designed project. The Daten Group is developing, and the 20,755 square-foot building will include 1,400 square feet of retail on the ground floor. The existing gas station was approved for demolition in May.
