Construction is complete on The Downing, an eight-story mixed-use building at 108 Downing Street in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Daniel Kimya under the Fulton Star LLC, the structure yields 50 rental apartments with 15 designated for affordable housing, and 9,196 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The Corcoran Group is in charge of marketing the homes and Fulton Star LLC was the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Fulton Avenue and Downing Street.

SCALE Lending Finalizes $46 Million Bridge Loan for Arris Grand in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn

SCALE Lending, the debt financing division of Slate Property Group, has finalized a $46 million bridge loan for Arris Grand, a recently completed nine-story residential building at 982-998 Fulton Street in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. The loan will be utilized to pay off the existing construction loan and support the lease-up phase of the multifamily building.

Fulton Residences Completes Construction at 1079 Fulton Street in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn

Construction is complete on The Fulton Residence, a seven-story residential building at 1079 Fulton Street in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Developed by New Start Development, which purchased the property for $10.25 million, the project involved the conversion of a vacant homeless shelter into a rental apartment building spanning 26,000 square feet and yielding 30 units in studio- to two-bedroom layouts with an average scope of 867 square feet. Mabe Group, Inc. served as the general contractor for the development, which is located at the corner of Fulton Street and Classon Avenue.

1118 Fulton Street’s Brick Façade Takes Shape in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn

Designed by JFA and developed by Threefold Developers under the 1118 Fulton St LLC, the 80-foot-tall structure will span 11,718 square feet and yield 11 units with an average scope of 837 square feet, as well as ground-floor and cellar-level commercial space, bicycle parking, amenities, and mezzanines on the fifth and sixth stories. HP Building Management INC is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Casson and Franklin Avenues.

Builders Source USA LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 205 Park Avenue and located along Park Avenue between Vanderbilt and Clermont Avenues, near the southern border of the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Brooklyn AZ Inc. 289 also served as the general contractor for the property, which is located by the corner of Classon and Greene Avenues.

Designed by RSLN Architecture, MEP systems engineered by RAAD, and developed by Abeco Organization, the 84-foot-tall structure will span 40,364 square feet and yield 41 rental units with an average scope of 804 square feet, as well as 7,370 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and one enclosed parking space. Fenimore Plaza LLC is listed as the owner and Abeco Construction LLC is the general contractor for the project, which is located to the north of Putnam Triangle between Grand Avenue to the east and Cambridge Place to the west.
