Designed by PS&S and MdeAS Architects and developed by RXR Realty, the structure yields 352 rental units in one- to three-bedroom floor plans as well as ground-floor retail space. All of the units come with smart home technology, washer and dryer, and access to a full suite of amenities.

BRP Companies and its development partners have closed on a $294 million construction loan to complete a new 477-unit rental building in downtown New Rochelle. Located at 500 Main Street, the collection of homes will range from studios up to two-bedroom accommodations including 119 affordable housing units.

SCALE Lending recently provided a $64 million financing package for developers to complete a new 14-story tower at 64 Centre Street in New Rochelle. From developer Allstate Ventures and Richard Bienenfeld Architect, the building will create 144 rental apartments in studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans. Additional components include 1,550 square feet of retail, on-site parking, and an unspecified suite of amenities.
