The scope of work includes a partial demolition at 255 Huguenot Street to make way for a 24-story building and a subdivision of the existing lot to create a new public through street to be named Sherwood Place.
Allstate Ventures has released renderings of Westchester Place, an upcoming three-building development in downtown New Rochelle that aims to transform the city’s civic center. Details for the mixed-use development include a 605-foot-tall, 48-story residential tower with 143 condo units and 453 rental units. A secondary 23-story tower will contain a 190-room hotel.
