Foundation work is complete at 75 West Broadway, the site of a ten-story, 120-foot-tall residential building in Tribeca. Alternately addressed as 61 Warren Street, the 55,000-square-foot structure is designed by BKSK Architects and being developed by Cape Advisors and Forum Absolute Capital Partners. First Standard Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the project, which is located between Warren Street to the north and Murray Street to the south.

456 Greenwich Street’s Red Brick Exterior Nears Completion in Tribeca, Manhattan

Exterior work is nearing completion on 456 Greenwich Street, an eight-story hotel building in Tribeca. Designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group with Martin Brudnizki Design Studio as the interior designer and developed by Caspi Development, the 94,000-square-foot structure will yield 96 guest rooms operated by Groupe Lucien Barrière of the Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris. AECOM Tishman is the general contractor of the edifice, which is bound by Greenwich Street to the east, Desbrosses Street to the south, and Washington Street to the west.

YIMBY spotted new vertical progress made on the residential conversion and expansion of 67 Vestry Street. The project will stand as a 13-unit condominium building along Hudson River Park in Tribeca and is designed by BP Architects with  Iliad Realty Group developing the property. Gachot Studios handling the interiors of the edifice, which involves a multi-story addition that will raise the floor count and architectural height of the structure from nine stories and 115 feet tall to 13 stories and 153 feet tall. The developers previously purchased the property for $55.5 million in 2017, and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group was last reported to be the exclusive marketing and sales agent for the 88,712-square-foot Romanesque-style building. 67 Vestry Street is located on a parcel of land bond by Vestry Street to the north and West Street and Hudson River Park to the west. King Contracting Group is handling all of the masonry and thin brick installation.

Excavation is progressing at 65 Franklin Street, the site of a 19-story residential building in Tribeca. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture, the 210-foot-tall structure will yield 41 homes and ground-floor retail space. The project is being developed by HAP Investment Developers, which secured $94 million in construction financing from G4 Capital Partners in the spring of 2019. The site is located at the corner of Broadway and Franklin Streets, and was formerly occupied by several low-rise structures. Noble Construction Group is the general contractor for the property.
