Sales have launched for 62 Reade Street, a five-story residential building nearing completion in Tribeca, Manhattan. Designed by ODA and developed by BSD Investments, the project involves the merging of two landmarked buildings into a combined structure that will yield six loft-style units. The property is located between Church Street and Broadway.
Renovation work is finishing up on 27 Park Place, a five-story commercial building in Tribeca. Designed by Michael Schmitt Architect PC, the project involves a full interior and exterior refurbishment following a six-alarm fire that heavily damaged the structure in 2017. The property is bound by Murray Street to the north, Park Place to the south, and Church Street to the west.
Construction is rising on 14 White Street, a seven-story residential building in Tribeca East Historic District. Designed by DXA Studio and developed by 14 White Street Property Owner LLC, the 30,000-square-foot structure will yield ten condominium units ranging from 1,200-square-foot two-bedroom homes to four-bedroom layouts spanning 4,000 square feet, as well as 3,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and cellar. NAVA is the interior designer and Central is the general contractor for the property, which is bound by White Street to the south and Sixth Avenue to the east.
The New York City Landmark Preservation Commission is reviewing a proposal for façade renovations and and alterations to 83 and 85 Chambers Street, adjoining five-story residential buildings in Tribeca, Manhattan. Both buildings feature eight units and extend from Chambers Street to Reade Street, on the other side of the block. The proposal was assembled by GreenbergFarrow for United American Land LLC, and was presented to the LPC on March 5, 2024.
