Renderings have been revealed of 375 West 207th Street, also known as 3875 Ninth Avenue, a new mixed-use building in Manhattan’s Inwood neighborhood. Developed by Maddd Equities and designed by Aufgang Architects, the tower will rise 30 stories and eventually house 614 units.
Developers have launched leasing at The Dime, a 177-unit rental building in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Perched above the historic Dime Savings Bank at 275 South 5th Street, the property includes retail space, office suites, and an array of amenities. The building is alternately addressed as 209 Havemeyer Street.
Construction is above street level at 76 Eighth Avenue, a ten-story office building from Gene Kaufman Architect in Greenwich Village. Developed by Sang Lee, Noviprop, and Plus Development, the 120-foot-tall project will yield 30,000 square feet of office space and ground-floor retail.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 6375 Broadway in North Riverdale, The Bronx. Located between West 254th Street and West 256th Street, the interior lot is closest to the Riverdale Metro-North train station, serviced by the Hudson line. Stagg Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Renderings have been revealed for the upcoming high-rise at 26 Cottage Street in Jersey City’s Journal Square. Located mid-block between Summit Avenue and John F. Kennedy Boulevard, the new development will rise 223 feet high in a low-scale residential neighborhood within walking distance to the Path train. The 20-story 26 Cottage Street is one of three towers in development by the Namdar Group, a Long Island-based developer. The other two are 35 Cottage Street across the street and 26-28 Van Reipen Avenue on the next block to the south. C3D Architecture is responsible for the design.
