Leeding Builders Group served as the general contractor for the property, which is bound by Boerum Place to the west, Fulton Street to the north, and Red Hook Lane to the east.
Following a $1.55 billion renovation, the Jacob K. Javits Center in Midtown, Manhattan now features a one-acre rooftop farm. The working farm is expected to generate up to 40,000 pounds of produce each year.

Patterson of Ancora Engineering and developed by Midtown Equities, the 140,700-square-foot structure will yield 121 rental units marketed by M.N.S. Real Estate NYC for Aurora Capital Associates. Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Court and Clinton Streets.
