Created by DBOX, the images highlight Penn 15, a 1,270-foot supertall designed by Foster + Partners at 15 Penn Plaza. The overall plan aims to transform and revitalize the cityscape between Sixth and Seventh Avenues and West 32nd and West 34th Streets with a total of eight new skyscrapers surrounding the 109-year-old James A. Farley Building and Skidmore Owings & Merrill‘s newly opened Moynihan Train Hall, as well as One and Two Penn Plaza and Madison Square Garden.

Exterior work is nearing completion on Lantern House, a pair of residential buildings straddling the High Line at 515 West 18th Street in Chelsea. Developed by Related Companies and designed by Thomas Heatherwick with SLCE Architects as the architect of record, the ten- and 21-story structures yield a total of 181 residential units with sales and marketing led by Related Sales LLC and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Lantern House is bound by Tenth Avenue the east, West 18th Street to the south, West 19th Street to the north, and Frank Gehry’s IAC Building immediately to the west.

Construction is now complete on the Pendry Manhattan West Hotel, a 281-foot-tall mixed-use structure at Four Manhattan West in Midtown West. Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and developed by Brookfield Properties, the 21-story project makes up one of five separate buildings in the Manhattan West master plan, which sits directly across Tenth Avenue from Hudson Yards. The property is located along West 33rd Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenues, wedged between One Manhattan West and Five Manhattan West, and will yield 164 guest rooms as well as condominiums on the upper levels.
