Available on NYC Housing Connect are 270 units for residents at 30 to 165 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $15,806 to $244,200.

At 50 percent of the AMI, there are 44 units with a monthly rent ranging from $738 to $1,274 for incomes ranging from $27,498 to $74,000. At 80 percent of the AMI, there are 22 units with a monthly rent ranging from $1,250 to $2,161 for incomes ranging from $45,052 to $118,400. At 125 percent of the AMI, there are 89 units with a monthly rent ranging from $1,643 to $2,841 for incomes ranging from $58,526 to $185,000. At 165 percent of the AMI, there are 110 units with a monthly rent ranging from $2,070 to $3,580 for incomes ranging from $73,166 to $244,200.
