Wieder Architect and developed and built by Chess Builders, the structure yields 218 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 66 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $106,458 to $218,010.

Amenities include a golf simulator room, dog washing station, garage with electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage lockers, gym, yoga and dance studio, spa, lounge, media room, recreation room, business center, children’s playroom, library, shared laundry room, and outdoor areas including a rooftop terrace. Residences come with washers and dryers, dishwashers, name-brand kitchen appliances, air conditioning, and patios or balconies in some units. Tenants are responsible for electricity including electric stove and heat.
