Yesterday the Department of City Planning posted the 30-day Certification Notice for 240 Nassau Street, signaling the ULURP approval process will begin next month for a four-building mixed-use development project by Alloy Development. The project will yield approximately 1,500 rental apartments across three buildings, including 300 affordable homes, as well as a new public school, community facility and cultural centers, retail, and almost an acre of new outdoor space.
