TF Cornerstone recently announced that Honey Nails, a nail salon, signed a lease for a 1,603-square-foot space at the ground-floor level of 505 West 37th Street, a residential building located in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. The salon, which will open its doors this winter, is Honey Nails’ eleventh location in New York City and its third within the TF Cornerstone portfolio.
Built in 2009, 505 West 37th Street boasts 835 units across 44 floors, and offers units ranging from studios through three-bedroom configurations. Amenities include a fitness center and over 18,000 square feet of outdoor space.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Honey Nails to their third location within the TFC portfolio at 505 West 37th Street, a testament to TF Cornerstone and Honey Nails’ growing partnership,” said Steve Gonzalez, vice president of retail leasing at TF Cornerstone. “Building on their success at our 33 Bond and 606 West 57th properties, we’re excited to welcome Honey Nails into Hudson Yards. The neighborhood’s vibrant foot traffic and live-work-play concept create an ideal setting for their continued expansion.”
The property is a short walk from the 34th Street-Hudson Yards subway station, which services the 7 train.

Continuous growth and it is clear, that women all over the world love beauty: Thanks.
I can’t help but wonder whether some well connected venture capitalist or their bored housewife is the owner of this boutique.
Why is a nail salon renting a small space in the news?
I suspect because TF Cornerstone has not rented their 800+ $5,000/month 1-bedrooms and $7,000 a month 2-bedrooms in an awkward location and they are advertising through YIMBY articles.
I wonder what it will be next year.
