Commerce media company Criteo has signed a new ten-year lease extension at 387 Park Avenue South, a 13-story office building owned by TF Cornerstone in NoMad, Manhattan. The lease is for approximately 21,000 square feet on the top floor and penthouse of the structure, which is currently at full occupancy.
387 Park Avenue South was originally built in 1910, and underwent a major renovation in 2015 that introduced energy-efficient upgrades and a new lobby. The property offers its tenants a range of amenities, including a private roof deck and work-focused members club The Malin, which opened its doors in October 2022, occupying 20,000 square feet on the fifth floor.
TF Cornerstone is also expanding its own presence within the building by leasing an additional 7,000 square feet on the eighth floor, bringing its total footprint to 59,000 square feet.
“We’re pleased to continue our relationship with Criteo, a respected and growing organization we’re proud to have as a tenant,” said Jake Elghanayan, senior vice president of TF Cornerstone. “Returning to 100 percent occupancy at 387 Park Avenue South after the SVB’s bankruptcy demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality, flexible office spaces that meet the evolving needs of businesses like Criteo.”
