Renderings Revealed for Emmet Building’s Residential Conversion At 95 Madison Avenue in NoMad, Manhattan

New renderings have been revealed for the residential conversion of the Emmet Building, a 16-story Gothic Revival office tower at 95 Madison Avenue in NoMad, Manhattan. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Sunlight Development, the project will convert the building’s 150,000 square feet into 65 condominium units in one- to five-bedrooms layouts, including the exclusive Emmet Penthouse. Work will also include the restoration of the 114-year-old structure’s ornamental limestone façade. The property is located at the southeast corner of Madison Avenue and East 29th Street.

Rendering Reveals Rooftop Infinity Pool at 262 Fifth Avenue in NoMad, Manhattan

New renderings have been revealed for 262 Fifth Avenue, a 52-story residential skyscraper under construction in NoMad, Manhattan. Designed by Meganom and developed by Boris Kuzinez of Five Points Development, the 860-foot-tall structure will yield 26 full-floor and duplex condominium units with an average scope of 3,200 square feet, including at least one quadruplex unit. PG New York is installing the building’s comprehensive envelope, which consists of a large aluminum and triple-glass curtain wall system and a facade featuring aluminum and solar photovoltaic panels. SLCE Architects is the executive architect for the property, which is located at the southwest corner of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street.

Refinancing Secured For 1250 Broadway In NoMad, Manhattan

Real estate development and investment firm Global Holdings has secured a $450 million refinancing for 1250 Broadway, a 39-story office tower in NoMad, Manhattan. Branded as Nomad Tower, the property is a LEED Platinum-certified office building located along Broadway between West 31st and West 32nd Streets. Wells Fargo originated the three-year fixed-rate loan, which was structured as a Green Bond, while Eastdil Secured advised on the transaction. Proceeds from the financing will retire existing debt on the property.

Construction has topped out on 842 Sixth Avenue, a 27-story residential tower in NoMad, Manhattan. Designed by Isaac & Stern Architects and developed by Pro-H Development, the 102,600-square-foot will yield condominium units and lower-level retail space. 842 Edenview LLC is listed as the owner of the property, which is located on an interior lot between West 29th and West 30th Streets. Robin Schneiderman of Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing will lead sales and marketing.
