BRP Companies has completed construction on The Arboretum at Farmingville, a 491,000-square-foot residential complex at 20 Maple Lane in Brookhaven, Long Island. Designed by Niles Bolton Associates, the project yields 292 residential units and a seven-acre publicly accessible park. It is BRP’s first residential project on Long Island.

Apartments at The Arboretum are offered in two-bedroom apartments, lofts, two- and three-bedroom townhomes, and three-bedroom single-family home configurations. Thirty units are reserved as workforce housing. Each unit includes in-unit laundry, stainless-steel appliances, and select units feature fireplaces, balconies, or vaulted ceilings. Community amenities include a fitness center, pool, clubhouse, sports courts, business center, and pet facilities.

The development is situated within a 62-acre landscaped area and includes a public park with nature paths, walking trails, and picnic spaces. Construction began in 2022 following BRP’s acquisition in 2020, with the first phase opening in 2024.
