New renderings have been revealed for One Park Point, a 13-story residential building that is close to completing construction at 11 Ocean Parkway in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Developed by Focus Property Group, a subsidiary of JEMB Realty, the new development is designed by FXCollaborative with interiors by INC Architecture & Design, and both collaborated with Woods Bagot for the amenities collection. Leasing and marketing is being handled exclusively by MNS Real Estate.
One Park Point yields 375 units in one- to two-bedroom units. The property also features nearly 20,000 square feet of amenities, including two rooftop terraces. The 12th-floor terrace features barbecues, a pizza oven, fire pits, and turf. The 13th-floor deck is home to a sundeck with a barrel sauna and cold plunge pool. Indoor amenities include a fitness center, dog-washing station, library, and coworking area.
“Windsor Terrace is a hidden gem in Brooklyn,” said Bobby Dweck, principal at Focus Property Group. “Between Prospect Park and the local restaurants and shops, the only remaining piece of the puzzle is a high-quality housing option that enables more people to experience and enjoy the neighborhood. One Park Point presented the ideal entry point into Brooklyn as it’s across the street from Prospect Park, the borough’s greatest playground. Between this and our commitment to creating a tier of rental building the neighborhood warrants, we knew we had something special.”
One Park Point is located steps from stops for a variety of bus lines, along with the Fort Hamilton Parkway subway station, which serves the F and G trains.

Why are they releasing renderings for a completed building😂 just take a picture of it
These trees will release oxygen to make the building more livable, which my residence has: Thanks.
What’s going on with the construction next door? They started that building before this one, which has stalled for a long time. Maybe someone could do some journalism?
