1482 First Avenue is a four-story structure with a total floor area of 7,100 square feet, and 1484 First Avenue is a two-story structure with a total floor area of 13,600 square feet. Both buildings will be fully demolished upon QA approval.
Demolition work is anticipated to cost approximately $900,000 per building, for a total project cost of $1.8 million. Transit nearby the properties includes subway stations serving the Q and the 6 trains.
