The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency has issued preliminary approval of financial incentives for a new multifamily residential building to be constructed on three adjoining lots located at 325, 335, and 337 South Broadway in Yonkers. The project is being developed by Urban Builders Collaborative, a New York City-based company. When complete, it will yield 185 affordable apartments in studio to three-bedroom configurations.

Apex Place, a three-tower affordable residential development, recently celebrated its ribbon cutting at 62-11 108th Street in Forest Hills, Queens. Designed by FXCollaborative in partnership with Curtis + Ginsberg for Phipps Houses, the project yields 442 affordable housing units as well as 20,000 square feet of community space, including a new community center for Queens Community House, and medical offices. The property is bound by Horace Harding Expressway to the north, 62nd Drive to the south, 108th Street to the east, and Colonial Avenue to the west.
Construction is underway at the North Brunswick Logistics Center, a new industrial facility at 2 King Arthur Court in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Developed by the Silverman Group, the 162,657-square-foot structure is being custom built to serve as US Pharma Lab’s third New Jersey location, and is expected to be completed in fall 2025.
